License Renewals

The cost of registration and annual license renewal for passenger and light commercial vehicles is included in our leases. Administration relating to the renewal of all licenses is the responsibility of Avis Fleet Services and is controlled by us through our comprehensive License Administration System.

Once licenses are renewed, the license renewal, along with a letter of acceptance is delivered to the responsible person nominated by the customer. Where possible, this is done one month prior to the expiry of the current license disc. Any delays experienced at the traffic department are communicated immediately.

Avis Fleet Services are also able to facilitate any duplicate license requests, through the relevant authority. Our average turn around period for this service is 5 days. (Delays at the Traffic Department are communicated directly to the customer).

Avis Fleet Services are able to provide monthly reports on license renewals.
